Event Description

Downtown Roseburg is the place to be on Halloween! Businesses stay open in the Heart of Roseburg to offer candy & goodies to over 1,000 children every year!

Anyone can show off their costumes in the 63rd Neewollah Parade! We will line up at 5:15pm on the Lawn in front of the Courthouse! We will march down Jackson Street and end at Lane Street.

After the short parade, children are welcome to trick or treat everywhere in the Heart of Roseburg. The parade is on Jackson, but there is plenty of candy available on Main, Rose & Cass Streets as well!

Please park on Main Street, Rose Street, and in the Parking Garage (entrance on oak street) because Jackson Street will be closed off for the parade. We invite you to grab a bite to eat at the restaurants downtown, and go to the Elks Lodge’s Haunted House!

This is a recurring event…please visit their site for updated info
